例如，您在注册 VibeHood App 帐户时所获取的微信 ID、手机号。手机号码属于敏感信息，收集此类信息是为了保护账号安全和满足相关法律法规的网络实名制要求。若你不提供这类信息，你可能无法正常使用我们的服务。
1.1.2 您在使用服务时上传的信息。
1.1.3 您通过我们的客服或参加我们举办的活动时所提交的信息。
例如，您参与我们线上活动时填写的调查问卷中可能包含您的电话、邮箱等信息。

7.1 用户有权向 VibeHood App 提出账号注销申请，你可以通过 VibeHood App 客户端注销申请功能注销你的账号（但相关法律法规另有规定的或本协议及各站内规则另有约定的除外）。
7.2 特别提醒：注销 VibeHood App 账号后，你将无法再以此账号登录和使用 VibeHood App 及其关联公司的所有产品与服务以及产品及服务中与第三方合作的服务内容，VibeHood App 也将同时终止在该账号下为你提供我们各项产品与服务，这同时也不可避免地会给你的售后维权带来不便。且 VibeHood App 账号一旦注销完成，将无法恢复。请你在注销前慎重考虑。
7.3 如你确定需要注销 VibeHood App 账号的，你已充分知晓并确认，账号注销后该 UID 仍然存在，但你将不再拥有账号相关的权益，包括但不限于：
7.4 在你向我们申请注销 VibeHood App 账号之前，为了保护你的账号安全和财产权益，你需先行检查与确保你申请注销的账号已经同时满足以下条件，包括但不限于：
7.5 如你已充分阅读并理解 7.2 和 7.3 条的内容，并确认已经满足 7.4 条的全部条件，可以提出账号注销申请。客服将对你的账号安全状态以及你的相关产品与服务的使用情况等进行审核，综合判断你的账号是否符合条件。
7.6 VibeHood App 账号一旦注销，你与我们曾签署过的相关用户协议、其他权利义务性文件等相应终止（但已约定继续生效的或法律另有规定的除外）。同时，你知悉并同意：即使你的账号被注销了，也并不减轻或免除你在协议期间内应根据相关法律法规、相关协议、规则等（可能）需要承担的相关责任。

We hope you will carefully read this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") to understand in detail how we collect and use information, so that you can better understand our services and make appropriate choices. We collect only the information necessary to implement product functions, based on the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity.
1.1.1 Information you fill in when registering an account.
For example, the WeChat ID or phone number obtained when you register a VibeHood App account. Phone numbers are sensitive information; we collect such information to protect account security and to meet real-name registration requirements under applicable laws and regulations. If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to use our services normally.
1.1.2 Information you upload when using our services.
1.1.3 Information submitted through our customer service or when participating in our events.
For example, survey questionnaires you fill out during our online events may contain your phone number, email address, and other information.
Some of our services may require you to provide specific personal sensitive information to enable specific features. If you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to use certain features of the service, but this will not affect your use of other features. If you voluntarily provide your personal sensitive information, it means you consent to our processing of your personal sensitive information as described in this Policy.

For example, photos posted or videos shared by other users may contain your information.
To enable information sharing and statistical analysis, we may access the clipboard and use the minimum necessary information related to the function (tokens, links, statistical parameters, etc.).
We strictly comply with laws and regulations and agreements with users, and use the collected information for the following purposes. If we use your information beyond these purposes, we will explain to you again and obtain your consent.
To ensure the security of our services and help us better understand how our application operates, we may record relevant information such as the frequency of your use of the application, fault information, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. We will not combine information stored in our analytics software with personally identifiable information you provide in the application.
3.1 You can access, modify, and delete the information you provide while using our services, or contact us according to notification guidelines. The scope and method of accessing, modifying, and deleting your personal information will depend on the specific services you use.

If you find that we have collected or used your personal information in violation of laws, administrative regulations, or our agreement, you may request that we delete it. When you use our services, we may send you emails, text messages, news, or push notifications. You can choose to unsubscribe on your device according to our relevant instructions.
4.2 Service-related announcements
We may send you service-related announcements when necessary (for example, when a service is suspended due to system maintenance). You may not be able to cancel these service-related announcements that are not advertising in nature.
We provide appropriate security measures for your information to prevent loss, improper use, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
We may revise this Policy from time to time. If such changes result in a substantial reduction of your rights under this Policy, we will notify you before the changes take effect by prominently displaying a notice on our page, sending you an email, or other means. 7.1 Users have the right to submit an account deletion request to VibeHood App. You can delete your account through the account deletion feature in the VibeHood App client (unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations or agreed upon in this agreement and platform rules).
7.2 Special reminder: After deleting your VibeHood App account, you will no longer be able to log in to or use any products and services of VibeHood App and its affiliated companies, including third-party cooperative services. VibeHood App will also terminate providing you with all products and services under that account, which will inevitably cause inconvenience to your after-sales rights. Once a VibeHood App account deletion is completed, it cannot be restored. Please consider carefully before deleting your account.
7.3 If you are certain that you need to delete your VibeHood App account, you fully acknowledge and confirm that after account deletion, the UID will still exist, but you will no longer have account-related rights and interests, including but not limited to:
7.4 Before you apply to delete your VibeHood App account, to protect your account security and property rights, you need to first check and ensure that your account meets all of the following conditions, including but not limited to:
7.5 If you have fully read and understood the contents of sections 7.2 and 7.3, and confirmed that all conditions in section 7.4 are met, you may submit an account deletion request. Customer service will review your account security status and your use of related products and services to comprehensively determine whether your account meets the conditions.
7.6 Once a VibeHood App account is deleted, the relevant user agreements and other rights and obligations documents previously signed between you and us will be terminated (except for those agreed to continue in effect or otherwise provided by law). At the same time, you acknowledge and agree that even if your account is deleted, it does not reduce or exempt the relevant responsibilities you may need to bear during the agreement period in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, agreements, rules, etc.
